Owned by the Estate
Our olive mill operates with a continuous cycle system and a controlled extraction temperature below 26°C.
Our olives are harvested daily and placed in small boxes to prevent fermentation process-
They are processed within 8 hours of being picked.
Immediately after the extraction, our oil is filtered and stored in 500-liter stainless steel tanks under nitrogen, in order to preserve its characteristics and quality over time.
A Mill at the Service of Our Customers
Our estate’s olive mill in Calenzano is available for external clients during the day upon request.
We also offer an oil filtration service following the pressing process.
Our mill is listed among the ICEA-certified organic olive mills in Tuscany.
